At RV Part Shop US, we want to ensure your vehicle stays on the road with the right components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account to locate your order history and select the 'Request Return' option, or contact our support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
